Length: 191.3 mi. Direction: south-north. Washington State Route 21 (SR-21) is a highway in the state of Washington that begins in Kahlotus, and ends in Danville at the Canadian border. The road crosses the counties of Franklin, Adams, Lincoln and Ferry. It was inaugurated in 1964.
