Length: 136.7 mi. Direction: south-north. Washington State Route 17 (SR-17) is a highway in the central part of Washington that begins in Mesa, and ends near Brewster. The road stretches across the counties of Franklin. Adams, Grant, Douglas, and Okanogan. It was opened in 1964. Part of the stretch is known as Coulee Corridor Scenic Byway.
