Tennessee State Route 22 (SR-22) is a highway in the western part of Tennessee that begins in McNairy County at the Mississippi state line, and ends in Lake County at the Kentucky state line. The road goes through the counties of McNairy, Hardin, Chester, Henderson, Carroll, Henry, Weakley, Obion, and Lake. The route hosts an American Civil War monument north of Tiptonville remembering the 1862 Battle of island Number Ten.
