Length: 143 mi. Direction: west-east. Tennessee State Route 20 (SR-20) is a highway in the state of Tennessee that begins in Dyersburg and ends in Summertown. The road goes through the counties of Dyer, Crockett, Madison, Henderson, Decatur, Perry, Lewis, Lawrence, and Maury. It was opened in 1917.
