South Dakota Highway 50 (SD-50) is a highway in the south central and southeastern part of South Dakota that begins near Fort Thompson and ends close to Richland. The road stretches across the counties of Buffalo, Brule, Charles Mix, Bon Homme, Yankton, Clay, and Union. It was inaugurated in 1926.
