Length: 428.852 mi. Direction: west-east. South Dakota Highway 20 (SD-20) is a highway running across the entire northern part of the state of South Dakota. The route is divided into two segments. The first part begins near Camp Crook at the Montana state line, and ends in Watertown. The second stretch begins near South Shore and ends close to Revillo at the Minnesota state line. The road crosses the counties of Harding, Perkins, Ziebach, Dewey, Corson, Walworth, Potter, Faulk, Spink, Clark, Codington, and Grant. It was opened in 1929.
