The road serves the area of Norman amongst others and passes through the counties of Harmon, Greer, Kiowa, Caddo, Grady, McClain, Cleveland, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Hughes, McIntosh, Haskell, and Le Flore. It was opened in 1924.
