Length: 208.74 mi. Direction: west-east. New York State Route 31 (NY 31) is a highway in the western and central part of New York that begins in Niagara Falls, and ends in Vernon. The road stretches across the counties of Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Madison, and Oneida. It was opened in the mid 1920s.
