Length: 155 mi. Direction: south-north. Illinois Route 37 (IL-37) is a highway in southern Illinois that begins in Cairo, and ends in Watson. The highway crosses the counties of Alexander, Pulaski, Johnson, Williamson, Franklin, Jefferson, Marion, Fayette, Clay, and Effingham. It was opened in 1918.
