Length: 152 mi. Direction: east-west. Illinois Route 13 (IL-13) is a major route in southern Illinois that begins in Centreville, and ends in Old Shawneetown. The highway crosses the counties of St. Clair, Washington, Randolph, Perry, Jackson, Williamson, Saline, and Gallatin. It was opened in 1918.
