At first impression this sign from Papua New Guinea might look like it's written in (bad) English, but that's not the case. It's in Papuan Pidgin, a creole language based mainly on English to facilitate communication between the numerous and very diverse languages spoken across the country. So "isi isi" really means "very slowly".
