Length: 292 mi. Direction: south-north. Ohio Route 7 is a highway in southern and eastern Ohio, that begins near Chesapeake, and ends in Conneaut. The road crosses the counties of Lawrence, Gallia, Meigs, Athens, Washington, Monroe, Belmont, Jefferson, Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, and Ashtabula. It was opened in 1924.
