Length: 355 mi. Direction: south-north. Missouri Route 5 (MO 5) is a long highway that traverses the entire state of Missouri. It begins in Ozark County at the Arkansas state line, and ends at the Iowa state line (Iowa 5). The road crosses the counties of Ozark, Douglas, Wright, Laclede, Camden, Morgan, Moniteau, Cooper, Howard, Chariton, Linn, Sullivan, and Putnam. It was inaugurated in 1922.
