Interstate 77 (I-77) is a highway in the eastern United States. The stretch in the state of Virginia has a north–south direction and a length of 66.27 miles. The freeway begins near Mount Airy, North Carolina, and ends close to Bluefield, West Virginia. The road, opened in the late 1950s, crosses the counties of Carroll, Wythe, and Bland.
