Interstate 75 (I-75) is a major and heavily trafficked south-north highway in the area of the Great Lakes and the southeastern parts of the United States that crosses six different states. The stretch of the route in Tennessee is 162 miles long and goes from Chattanooga to Jellico, through Knoxville. The route, opened in 1963, crosses the counties of Hamilton, Bradley, McMinn, Monroe, Loudon, Knox, Anderson, and Campbell.
