Interstate 26 (I-26) is a highway in the Southeastern part of the United States that crosses the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The 31 miles stretch of the route in Tennessee begins in Kingsport and ends at the North Carolina state line. The freeway, also known by the name of James H. Quillen Parkway, crosses the counties of Sullivan, Washington, Carter, and Unicoi.
