Interstate 26 (I-26) is a highway in the Southeastern part of the United States that crosses the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The 221 miles stretch of the route in South Carolina begins near Landrum and ends in Charleston. The freeway, constructed in 1960, crosses the counties of Spartanburg, Laurens, Newberry, Richland, Lexington, Calhoun, Orangeburg, Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston.
