Interstate 95 (I-95) is the main highway running for almost 2000 miles across the east coast of the United States. The stretch in the state of New York runs for 23.50 miles from the George Washington Bridge in New York City to Port Chester at the Connecticut state line. The highway, opened in 1957, crosses the counties of New York, Bronx, and Westchester.
