Interstate 84 (I-84) in the state of New York is a part of the highway that runs from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts. The stretch in New York is 71.46 miles long, beginning in Port Jervis at the Pennsylvania state line, and ending close to Brewster at the Connecticut state line. The highway, opened in 1963, crosses the counties of Orange, Dutchess, and Putnam.
