Interstate 80 (I-80) is a transcontinental highway in the United States. The stretch in Nevada runs through the northern part of the state for 410.576 miles from the California state line to the Utah state line. The highway crosses the counties of Washoe, Storey, Lyon, Churchill, Pershing, Humboldt, Lander, Eureka, and Elko. It was opened in 1956.
