This sign in Shanghai China is clearly on a refuse bin. Quite why city officials would want to take recycled products back and return them to their original state defies imagination. We think there must be another reason for this. We have heard of tourists renting folding bicycles in Shanghai to get around the traffic congestion, only to discover that motorists are uncaring and the air pollution is horrid. Perhaps they return them here for the bicycle owner to collect when they can’t stand it any longer. In this case, the sign writer probably meant to say “unreal cycling” but could not fit the letters in.
