Don’t we all wish we were scarce of the stuff…? Although this is unlikely in Nashville, Indiana because 800 residents benefit from 26 eating-places (unless of course the food is horrible in which case they should have closed them down). We know the town manager has an active grease trap program. This could provide a useful clue.
Do you think the main street committee was laying on extra plots and discussing a street name so they had postal addresses? Maybe the food and beverage commission was doing grease trap inspections nearby and a frustrated engineer called “scarce of fat, no fine today”. Better not ask for a lard sandwich just in case.
